1. The Simple Type Quartz Slab Line is equipped with Barrel type spreader which works fast and smooth, it is suitable for making single-color and multi-color slabs. The machine is a cylindrical structure, which consists of three parts: material barrel, walking trolley and lifting cloth box. There are 6 hopper rods inside the hopper. They are mounted on both sides of the turntable to do positive and reverse motion, and the material is extruded from the discharge port to the mold frame to complete the distribution spreader.

2. The Functional Type Quartz Slab Line is equipped with Belt-type spreader, it is suitable for making single-color, multi-color and texture slabs. The machine is composed of hopper, spreader belt, powder spreading device, rolling roller, walking trolley, receiving device and lifting mould frame.

3. The above two kinds of spreader machines can be allocated according to the production process requirements. Its walking speed can be adjusted by multiple sections, so it can reduce the defects caused by uneven distribution.
