The traditional sand powder drying is rotary kiln or belt type, which occupies a large space and is difficult to clean, and the dust is also large. The heat source is heating wire or oil burning, and the energy consumption is high, which is not environmentally friendly. The vertical sand powder drying oven designed by our company adopts folding multi-layer conveying and baking. The floor height can be designed according to the demand of production capacity. Combined with the fully enclosed design, the floor area is small, environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The heating mode is hot air circulation, equipped with drainage device and dust collection device, the temperature is adjustable, constant temperature control is adopted, energy saving and consumption reduction. It is a new equipment for rapid drying of sand powder.
