1. This group contains four mixers. The mixers have good sealing performance and high speed compared with other mixers. The use of resin was also reduced by 2% compared with the others. The diameter is 1600mm. The maximum agitation amount is 800kg(When the resin and powder proportion is high, the agitation weight should be reduced). The fastest speed of the stirring rod is 50HZ, 136r/min, and the motor 37KW.

2. The upper part of the mixer can be hydraulically lifted to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. It can automatically open the sealing cover to observe and add materials conveniently.

3. The gearbox of the mixer can revolution at high speed and rotate, and the stirring rod stirred without dead angle. The dispersity of the material is good. The material opening of the material can be controlled piecewise at the blanking door.

4. The inner wall, bottom and mixing rods of the mixer barrel are lined with antifouling materials which are easy to clean.
