1. Only Functional Type production line has this Mixing plate. After adding the mixing tray, that leads to increase production capacity of single-color slabs, and make multi-color ones more evenly distributed. The diameter is 3000mm. Maximum mixture weight is 2000kg. The maximum speed of the mixing disk is the 6r/min motor 11kw. Stirred rod 33r/min motor 3kw. Dialing ladle 20r/min motor 4kw.

2. The top of the mixing plate corresponds to the mixer's discharge port with 4 pendulum cone hopper, which can evenly distribute the four materials in the mixing plate.

3. There are two sets of lifting mixing plates, each plate has 4 ceramic pipes with pollution prevention. A liftable circular plug is used for sealing, and it will not leak when mixed. When laying-off, there are 2 semi-circular dialing ladle that can be automatically lifted and lowered, which can put the material to the blanking door automatically, then to the conveyor belt.

4. The inner wall, bottom and mixing rod of the mixing plate are lined with antifouling materials for cleaning.
