1. Simple Type Quartz Slab Line only need 2 10m³stainless steel (SS304) powder silos. The powder be transported to 1m3 gas sending tank with screw conveyor at the blanking door of powder silos. According to the weight set by the formula, use the gas to hit the powder metering silo on the top of the mixer.

2. There is a 110m³ stainless steel (SS304) powder silo in Functional Type Quartz Slab Line. The lower part of the bunker is installed with roots blower blowdown device, and the powder is homogenized in the silo. In order to achieve consistency in physical properties of powders during large batch production. Hang the powder to blanking door and pour it into the door, and then open automatic feeding system. It automatically transports powder to the silo. At the bottom of the silo, there is a screw conveyor to transport the powder to the 1m³ gas sending tank. According to the weight of the formula, use the gas to hit the powder to metering bin on the top of the mixer.
