Robotic arms are used to replace the traditional manual process of making high end vein products, manually it takes 60-120 minutes to distribute one vein color slab, whereas with robotic arm system it only takes 3-7 minutes with higher consistency and stability.
Operation interface is easy to use, operators need to input the CAD drawing of the color and once it’s been configured for the first time, it can be repeatedly used.
Different tools and blades are used for different products design, it can also use multiple tools for one distribution process, blades are automatically cleaned and stored. The arms are equipped with 7 axles, it can rotates with multiple angles, and its speed and pressure can be configured and controlled.
